Top 5 AI Automations to Sell in 2024

Hey friends! In this article, I want to share with you some of the best AI automation solutions that you can sell to businesses today. Before delving into the solutions themselves, let's quickly clarify a few things.

Firstly, all these solutions are taken from real-life requests by businesses and have been implemented by AI automation agencies.  Secondly, keep in mind that automation itself means nothing if it doesn't solve the right problem for the right niche. I'll present solutions along with real-life use cases for specific businesses.

Top 5 AI Automations to Sell in 2024

Let's start with the most obvious one:

1. Customer Support AI Chatbot

It is obvious in theory but not so much when it comes to practice. It can be deployed on the website, integrated into social media channels, and provide support 24/7. Guess what? Everybody can watch a video on YouTube, on how to create such a chatbot in VoiceFlow, for example, then connect it to a knowledge base, integrate it into a website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media channels.

That's not a challenge to do it, so you'd provide no real value that you can be paid for. There is a reason that you can charge from $4,000 to $10,000 for a customer support chatbot like this one, and that reason is that usually there is a tricky part involved that a business owner cannot deal with by themselves, and only then your deeper expertise in software development and AI is required.

To give you an example, we receive requests like a chatbot connected to the knowledge base with thousands of PDF files or a chatbot that would use Telegram channel content as a knowledge base and would update automatically as new content is published. And there are many more examples. Every one of them is unique, but almost always it requires additional automation development and fine-tuning for a particular business.

2. Hospitality Package

Moving on, the second automation solution I would call a hospitality package.

This tool set is crafted specifically for hotels, functioning as an AI-powered digital receptionist and concierge. It includes an AI chatbot that is connected to both GPT and the hotel's knowledge base, enabling it to handle customer support, generate leads, and take bookings. So the chatbot is aware of room availability because it is connected to the hotel's booking system, and that's how it can accept bookings. Additionally, this chatbot can be deployed not only to the hotel's website but also integrated into WhatsApp and Messenger.

To improve accessibility, hotels can place QR codes in rooms, and guests can scan to be redirected directly to WhatsApp for AI assistance. Also, there is an option to develop an AI voice receptionist to kind of complete the tool set. Just keep in mind, the effectiveness of this tool set very much depends on its compatibility with the hotel's existing CRM and booking systems, as these connections are essential really for the tool set to provide value.

Okay, the next solution would be an automated creation of contract drafts and legal briefs for law firms.

3. Automated Creation of Contract Drafts and Legal Briefs for Law Firms

Law firms often deal with a lot of paperwork and documents during the legal process. This usually starts with a phone call to gather information, followed by a meeting with a lawyer who collects all the necessary details to fill out these documents. Most of the documents and emails sent are created from templates.

With automation services like Meg.com, this entire process can be streamlined by inputting specific details that have been already collected, such as names and case studies. Long documents of 10, 15, 20 pages and more can be automatically created.Additionally, you can set up an automation for the emails containing these documents to be sent out.

The legal field has a lot of paperwork and routine tasks, which makes it perfect for using automations. What you need to do is deeply research the industry. I usually pretend I'm a part of the industry and look up videos on YouTube and other places, asking questions like, "I am a lawyer." If you spend enough time doing your homework, you can figure out what are the main problems they face.

Then, when you talk to law firms, use their language to describe those issues. This really gets their attention because you're talking about what bothers them. It makes them more interested in what you have to offer and more likely to eventually try a solution.

Next up, It was to automate the loan underwriting process for real estate brokerage sites.

4. Automating the Loan Underwriting Process for Real Estate Brokerage Sites

It means that based on an individual's financial history, property choice, and market conditions, AI can tailor loan offers to match the user's profile. This kind of personalization, first of all, can save a lot of resources for the real estate company, and it can also increase customer satisfaction and the likelihood of loan acceptance.

Overall, in the commercial real estate industry, automation can lead to a big improvement, from searching property databases to improving customer relations and service. Take the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), a database of property listings for real estate professionals. Going through this huge amount of data manually can take a lot of time.

Developing a tool that automatically checks new MLS listings and adds the right properties to the client's Google Sheets or Excel can drastically change how efficient the whole process is. This tool could filter listings based on what the client wants, like location, price, or size, and add only the best listings to your client's profile. Also, managing CRM in a field like this one, where making calls, sending emails, and networking are really daily activities, CRM systems can get too complicated.

But again, automation can make the whole process a lot easier. An automation tool that links their CRM with calling software, email platform, and other tools for finding leads can, first of all, save them a lot of time and, second of all, ensure that everything runs smoothly. Introducing a website chatbot can also be really useful for this kind of business. Apart from customer support, these chatbots can be set up to share information about properties and help leads find the exact property they are looking for.

The last automation solution we are exploring deals with lead qualification and CRM optimization.

5. Lead Qualification and CRM Optimization

For this solution, I want to focus on a wide range of agencies, including those focused on SEO, web design, social media marketing, and so on. Efficient lead qualification and CRM management are very important for agencies getting a lot of inquiries. Even from my experience running an agency, it's typical to get a lot of leads that aren't right for us. So we can set up solutions for agencies to automatically eliminate these unqualified leads.

For example, if a potential client's budget is too low or if they come from an industry that you don't serve, they would get an automatic email letting them know, and you'd keep in your CRM only those leads that can afford your services or are within your target niche.

Also, you can develop it and add more automatic features to the CRM. This can mean sending out proposals when a deal moves forward or adding call summaries to the lead's information in the system.

Alright, there you have it,  the 5 AI automation solutions that are in demand today. The industry is so huge it is impossible for me to cover even 1% of it, so feel free to save your time and use this knowledge. Also, I believe the ideas are worthless without execution, so the hard work is still on you, and I wish you the best of luck on your journey.
